ShopKeepSep 14-presentShopKeep is at the forefront of point of sale solutions technology, and, as QA Engineer, my role has mainly been one of manual testing iOS products in an Agile environment.
In addition to in-depth exploratory testing, I am also involved in the creation and execution of test plans for the various products that ShopKeep offers. My role involves me working closely with the Product and Customer Care teams, as well as other members of the Engineering team, to test around any reported issues and prioritise upcoming features against bugs to ensure the best experience for our customers.
Attendance and participation in various planning, review and retrospective meetings helps me see new features and bug fixes through from one end of the lifecycle to the other, with the product quality improving every time. Regular checkpoints and one-to-one meetings help me to keep my skills up to date and to make sure I'm reaching my full potential in my role.
